What are our store hours?
Our farm is open everyday. Please call to arrange pickup. We are usually available Saturdays 9-12 or by appointment around your schedule.
How much is delivery to my farm?
We offer free delivery for preferred customers who spend $300.00 on that order and over, up to 25 miles.
Delivery rates are by mileage:
0-10 miles-$15.00 flat fee
11-20 miles-$25.00
21–30 miles-$35
31–40 miles- $45
41–50 miles- $55
50+ miles subject to current trucking rates of $4.50 per loaded mile.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, and are usually Fridays or Saturdays each week. We can arrange emergency delivery and shipment for extra charge to get supplies to your farm in a pinch.
Where are your products manufactured?
We source through major national suppliers and locally sourced products. All are fresh, carefully stored, and selected for optimal nutrition and animal safety.
How long has Crazy Horse been in business and will there be a consistent supply of products?
Yes! The farm has been our family farm since 1999. We have dedicated our lives to animal care, husbandry, and farming for generations and are committed to our line of supplies as well as serving our community needs.
Do you provide feed or care consultation?
Yes! We can offer 30 minute consults with our team of experts, or come to your farm, provide samples, and discuss your animal's needs and your goals. We also can refer you to local veterinarian and nutritional specialists.
Final Sale and Return Policy
To protect the health and safety of all animals, all feed, hay, bedding, supplements, medications, and other ingestible or agricultural products are final sale once they leave our possession. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products due to biosecurity, contamination, and quality assurance standards. We will not pickup open bags of feed from your farm for returns.
Exceptions may be made only if:
- The incorrect product was provided by Crazy Horse Farm & Feed.
- A product is defective due to a verified manufacturing issue.
- Damage occurred before delivery or pickup and is reported immediately.
Any approved claims must be reported within 48 hours of purchase or delivery and may require photographs, the original packaging, lot/date codes, and proof of purchase.

How do I know if the feed is fresh?
At Crazy Horse Farm & Feed, we are committed to providing quality nutrition for your animals.
- We work closely with our manufacturers and distributors to maintain fresh inventory.
- Feed is rotated regularly using a first-in, first-out inventory system whenever possible.
- Production dates may vary depending on manufacturer schedules, seasonal demand, and product availability.
- Because specialty feeds and slower-moving products may remain in inventory longer, we encourage customers to check bag date codes at the time of purchase and follow manufacturer guidelines.
- If you have specific freshness requirements, please let us know before ordering. We will gladly check current inventory and, when possible, special order newer product for you for a fee.
- Proper storage after purchase is essential. Feed should be kept in a cool, dry location and used according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
